Banking Agreements

24.03.2010

Banking Agreement

A foreign supplier may request a Banking Agreement with DECA when an existing ICC is completed or in preparation of a future ICC.

The Banking Agreement is to encourage contractors and their supplier community to engage  in a new or continued co-operation with Danish companies.

Banking Agreements are valid for 5 years. If the credit in the Banking Agreement has not been fully utilised within this period, the remaining amount will no longer apply and will be nullified.

Banked credits cannot be applied to fulfil the first 30 per cent of the ICC, and the use of multipliers will not be accepted in the Banking Agreement apart from Pre-qualification Banking Agreement

Pre-qualification Banking Agreement

In pre-qualification for a specific contract with the Danish Armed Forces any qualifying transaction up to 2 years before signing a contract with the Danish Armed Forces, including multipliers, may be accepted in a Pre-qualification Banking Agreement for all bidders of the procurement. The credit may be used against the 30 per cent requirement in an ICC1.
