Banking Agreement

A foreign supplier may request a Banking Agreement when an existing ICC is completed or in the preperation of a future ICC. Banking Agreements are valid for 5 years. Banked credits cannot be applied to fulfil the first 30 per cent of an ICC1 and the use of new multipliers will not be accepted. 

How to proceed

1. Download the standard Banking Agreement and fill in the blanks.
2. Forward two signed copies of the Banking Agreement to DECA. If acceptable, DECA will retain one of the copies for its own records and sign the other copy and return it to you.
