The Danish construction industry is characterised by a number of structural problems. Our goal is for the Danish construction sector to match the price and quality of other Northern European countries to a greater extent than is the case today.
The Danish Authority of Enterprise and Construction places focus on implementing initiatives that are targeted at raising quality, reducing building costs, and intensifying public-private sector cooperation. Furthermore, focus is to be placed on measuring ongoing progress.
The real estate market is characterised by insufficient competition, a high level of prices and insufficient transparency. The goal is to make housing transactions less expensive and make the consultancy work more effective. This is to be achieved by making all data and documents digitally accessible and by promoting full-scale digitisation of the housing transaction process. Furthermore, information, guidance, data and documents will be made available at www.boligejer.dk, which will provide consumers with an overview of the housing transaction process and tools to enable them to implement parts of a purchase/sale on their own.
