Australia
Canada
Japan
New Zealand
Norway
Switzerland
USA
The following products may, however, not be exported under the Community general export authorisation:
- The particularly critical products listed in Annex IV to the regulation. They require an individual authorisation
- Certain special products that may be applied to missile technology and the nuclear sphere, for further information please see Part 2 of Annex II to the regulation. They require a global or an individual authorisation.
Terms for application of the Community general export authorisation (No EU001)
A condition is that the exporter has registered with the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority.
This is done by, prior to export, forwarding an application form. The exporter will subsequently receive the terms of the authorisation, which oblige the exporter to keep detailed records concerning the exports that are carried out under the authorisation.
