A construction policy is a matter of creating a well-functioning market for building activity and securing increased quality and productivity in the construction industry through various initiatives.

The Danish Authority of Enterprise and Construction develops and improves the building policy through projects with focus on tools, research that is targeted at the collection of lessons learned, and pilot building activities with focus on the practical testing of the tools.
