The Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority forwards and receives letters, documents and other information electronically. The authority receives documents in PDF format, Word 97 and other agreed formats. E-mails are treated in the same manner as paper post. E-mails forwarded to the agencys official e-mail address ebst@ebst.dk are emptied regularly, at least three times a day.
