Enterprise promotion policy

Entrepreneurs create innovation in society by developing new products, production methods and technologies. Furthermore, entrepreneurs stimulate competition by challenging existing enterprises. This applies in particular to growth entrepreneurs, who very swiftly create new jobs and high turnover.

Therefore, the Government has set up the goal that by 2010 Denmark is to be one of the countries where most new enterprises are launched, and by 2015 Denmark is to be one of the countries where most new growth enterprises are launched.
