Shanghai 2010

In the summer 2007 Denmark signed up to participate in the next big world Expo, which will take place in 2010 in Shanghai, China. The theme for Expo 2010 is “Better Cities, Better Life”, and the Danish preparations have begun.

The Chinese organisers expect 70 mills visitors during the 6 months exhibition, off which app. 10 pct. is expected to be foreigners. It is estimated that more than 10 mills visitors have origin in the Shanghai area. Furthermore the organisers anticipate that more than 200 countries and organisations will participate in the Expo.
