Export destination

Different rules apply depending on which country the product is to be exported to. As a general rule, all countries are divided into three categories:

• EU Member States
• Seven closely related countries, which are subject to particularly lenient rules (currently: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and the USA)
• Other countries outside the EU.
