IC-Addendum

24.03.2010

What to do
Start by reading the Regulation on Industrial Co-operation in Denmark.

Due to the regulation the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority (DECA) encourages potential foreign suppliers to initiate contact with Danish industry as early as possible when bidding for a contract with the Danish Armed Forces.

How to proceed

  1. Contact DECA and inform of the coming procurement. If the Addendum exceeds DKK 100 million, it is subject to the same conditions as an ICC 1. Thus ICC1 must be signed. If the Addendum is below DKK 100 million, download the standard Addendum and fill in the blanks.
  2. Forward two signed copies of the Addendum to DECA. If acceptable, DECA will retain one of the copies for its own records and sign the other copy and forward it to you.
  3. DECA must have the signed Addendum no later than 30 days prior to the contract signing with the Danish Armed Forces.

Once an Addendum has been established, DECA will inform the Danish Armed Forces that your company and DECA have entered into an Addendum and that the Danish Armed Forces can now sign a contract with you.

When the contract is awarded, DECA will add the value of new obligations to the existing outstanding obligation.
