ICC 3

What to do
Start by reading the Regulation on Industrial Co-operation in Denmark. 

Due to the regulation the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority (DECA) encourages potential foreign suppliers to initiate contact with Danish industry as early as possible when bidding for a contract with the Danish Armed Forces.

How to proceed

1. Contact DECA and inform of the coming procurement.
   
2. Download the standard ICC 3 and fill in the blanks.  
   
3. Forward two signed copies of the ICC 3 to DECA. If acceptable, DECA will retain one of the copies for its own records and sign the other copy and forward it to you.
   
4. DECA must have the signed ICC 3 no later than 30 days prior to the contract signing with the Danish Armed Forces. 

Once an ICC has been established, DECA will inform the Danish Armed Forces that your company and DECA have entered into an ICC and that the Danish Armed Forces can now sign a contract with you.
