Owner-occupied dwellings

There are many types of owner-occupied dwellings in Denmark , including detached houses, terraced houses, owner-occupied flats and holiday cottages. All types are subject to a number of rules.

The Danish Authority of Enterprise and Construction administers only part of the legislation in the area of owner-occupied dwellings. This part is regulated under the legislation governing owner-occupied flats.
