Responsible Authority
In Denmark, the responsibility for entering into and controlling compliance with an Industrial Co-operation Contract lies with the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority (DECA). DECA is part of the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs. 

The Advisory Board
The Advisory Board for Industrial Co-operation, chaired by the DECA, monitors the work of the Authority and is consulted on matters of principle and in evaluating projects involving multipliers above 3.

The Advisory Board is composed of representatives from the Ministry of Defence, Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization, The Confederation of Danish Industries, Defence & Aerospace Industries Association in Denmark (FAD), and the Central Organisation of Industrial Employees in Denmark.
