Umbrella Agreement

What to do
Start by reading the Regulation on Industrial Co-operation in Denmark.

If a company on corporate level has more than one existing contract with DECA, they can be converted to one single agreement.

How to proceed

1. Download the standard Umbrella Agreement and fill in the blanks.
2. Forward two signed copies of the Umbrella Agreement to DECA. If acceptable, DECA will retain one of the copies for its own records and sign the other copy and forward it to you.
