If a foreign supplier violates the regulation either by not signing an ICC or failing to fulfil the ICC, DECA will blacklist the supplier.
If blacklisted the foreign supplier will not be able to sign new contracts with the Danish Armed Forces.
The name of the violator will be made public on this website
